ATS T3 Single Piece Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit
Fitment: 1994-1998 Dodge 5.9L 12V Cummins

ATS Diesel is no stranger to 12v and 24v performance. One of our earliest in house designs was the 3 piece manifold that improved flow while eliminating the heat related cracking issues that plagued the factory manifold design. As our focus has shifted to emissions-on performance and late model trucks over the years, we wanted to bring the updated design and manufacturing processes that we have developed back to our earlier product lines. We are very pleased to present our all-new PulseFlow Manifold!

This one piece HSM (High Silicon Molybdenum) cast and ceramic coated high flow manifold is available in both a T3 and T4 turbo mount for 12-valve, 24-valve, and Common Rail applications. In addition to the incredible heat management characteristics of these new materials, the new PulseFlow Manifold is the highest flowing one piece manifold on the market!

Features:
  • Ceramic Coated High Silica Molybdenum (HSM)
  • Ductile Iron Casting
  • T3 and T4 Turbo Mount Available
  • 12v, 24v and Common Rail Applications
  • ATS 5-Year Warranty

Great looking manifold

by Hank Wulk -

Just installed this exhaust manifold on my 1994 5.9 Cummins. I like it a lot. Looks great. The only downside is the turbo feed oil line is now very close to the exhaust manifold. This exhaust manifold is much bigger in size than the stock manifold. I have a picture of it installed on the truck but there does not seam to be a way to upload the picture.

Impressive compared to factory

by George D. -

I'm giving 5 stars initially because I have no other reason not to at this point. After saying that, this manifold looks like it is going to flow ALOT more exhaust than the factory manifold. My only addition to what I would have liked to have are turbo flange studs already installed and a place where the heater tube pedestal mounts. Other than that, I am very excited to see how this works for me.
